Puerto Vallarta Day 4 January 12th 2011

This day was another really relaxing day! Mark had a plot tour to go to, and I went for a long walk with a good friend. We had a great time and I got to see some more of the beach. I loved it! We also saw some baby sea turtles too. They were so cute!

We met Shane and Laura there, and had some interesting food. It wasn't our favorite, but I am glad we got to try it. After that we went out for a few drinks.

Mark and I went to the spa and both got massages. They were wonderful and I am glad we got to do them. I got a sea shell massage, and Mark got a therapeutic one. We both loved them a lot! We got a nap in, and hung out on our balcony for a few hours. It is just so nice to be able to relax!

Puerto Vallarta Day 3 January 11th 2011

Day three was really relaxing. Mark had a meeting in the moring, so I slept in and talked on the phone with a good friend of mine, who was also on the trip. Then Mark came home and we went to go eat at Azul Restaurant. We just hung out at the pool then, looking at the beach and just enjoying the sun and warmth!

Usually when there is a cluster of boats, then they are whale watching, but we didn't see any whales at that time.

We went on a night cruise, Rythems of the Night. We were on our way here, and the mountains were so pretty! I loved them so much!

Puerto Vallarta Day 2 January 10th 2011

Day 2 was super relaxing to me. I slept in until 10:30am. Mark went fishing, so I just decided to enjoy the quietness, and just hang out on the balcony and just be by myself. I LOVED it!

This doesn't get old! I read, I journaled, and I took a nap. I just enjoyed no one needing me for anything!! :)

Mark went fishing from 7am to 3pm, and he said he had an awesome time! I am glad he got to go! He saw LOTS out there on the ocean.

Someone on the boat caught a rooser fish. It have about 30 pounds of meat on it! We got to sample it at a restaurant on the resort that night. It is neat that they will cook up your fish for you there!

We went out with some friends of ours. We had a TON of fun! Maybe too much when the tequilla shots came out!! We had fun though, and I am glad we did this!

Puerto Vallarta Day one January 9th 2011

We headed out of Minot at 5am. It was cold and dark, and I am glad we were leaving to get to warmer temps! When we got to the cities, we ate some breakfast at the airport, and waited around to go for another hour or two. I was excited to go! We were sitting at an exit row, so that would mean MORE ROOM! I got to sit by the window, and I love looking out. We had a great flight, (both actually) so it was good. It was supposed to be an 4 and 1/2 hour flight, but we got there in about 4 hours.

Hello Puerto Vallarta!

We were about 20 mins from landing here, I am excited to see the mountains!

I've never gotten off the plane on the tarmac before, so I wanted to take a picture of it, and I actually got into trouble for it! I was told no pictures!

The sun was getting close to setting. It was so beautiful! I loved every moment of it!

The mountains around there are big! They are bigger than the rocky mountains that we saw in the summer. I didn't know they were so big here!

Other than on a ship, I've never seen a sunset on the ocean/beach before. It was beautiful!

A few years ago, I took the kids pictures of there names in the sand in Florida, and I wanted to do it with our names now. I think I might look at getting them framed!

We had a great first night in Mexico. I loved it, and for sure would go back in a heart beat! I am so lucky to have been able to go on the trip!
