The circus

We went to the circus yesterday. It wasn't very fun, for me anyways. I met up with Bethany and her kids, and we went to McDonalds to eat. That should have been our first clue. IT WAS SO BUSY THERE!!! The circus started at 7pm, so we left McDonalds at 6:30 and drove there, only a few blocks away. We were lucky enough to find a parking spot not to far away. Very lucky. So we grab our kids and walk to the doors, and there was a line, it was moving pretty fast though. After we paid for our tickets we went in, we stood in line again for our stupid $2 toy that is 100% over priced and ended up getting 2 things, Alyssah has to have something too, we walked around the whole place to find 3 or 4 spots to sit. (we only brought Josh, Alyssah and 2 of her kids, Jacob and her daughter saw the circus earlier in the day) So we heard someone else saying that there was seating downstairs. We walked as fast as we could holding on to the little ones and went down there and found some seats in the bleachers. We were so close!! It was fun to be close, but in a few cases we were to close. So we stayed until the intermission and decided to leave. It was already 9 and intermission is 40 minutes and then another 15 mins or so of the circus. I am glad we left, traffic would have been so awful, and plus our kids, not Josh, were getting very tired and cranky. Next year I plan on NOT going. I can't upload pics right now. I will later though.
