So my laptop has given us soooooo much trouble!! I have had it one year and within that year, I have had 3 hard drives put in, 1 new memory, and the motherboard replaced. CRAZY!! I got some pics of Mark on the phone with Dell Tech support. He spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone (bless his heart!!) with them trying to get some answers. The conclusion is, Windows Vista. So now I have Windows 7 and so far so good. Find some wood and knock on it for me. I have lost some pictures, and itune songs from these mishaps. Hopefully we will have no more issues and I won't have to take pictures of Mark like this again! ;)
So hopefully from now on, it has been a month now, it will work just fine!
