I have been exersizing for the last month now and I feel so great! I am proud of myself for working so hard and I am starting to show it too. I have lost 7 pounds so far and my coat is fitting me so much better. I even am starting to love exersize. I NEVER thought I would say that. I am so happy I joined the gym with Nicole. She has been my rock though this, she is great and I have sooooooo much fun exersizing with her!!

Our Cruise Part two

We got on the Norweigen Cruise on Sunday January 18th. We were really excited to go, and it was really nice out too. We took this picture after we got on the ship. It was easy to get on, and it only took about a half an hour to get through the gate and onto the ship.

We took this picture before we left Miami. It is my favorite picture of us on this trip.
We hadn't left yet, I love the view from the ship. It was really windy out too.

We were about to head out to sea, this is close to the ocean. A view of the South Miami Beach skyline.

There were about 4 ships behind us and 1 in front of us. I was standing at our belcony when I took this picture. It got really cloudy out when we left. But it never rained out.

This was the theater where all the main shows happened. It was 2 levels and sat a lot of people. Normally you can't take pictures, but for the opening act you could, so this was one of the acts that played around the ship different times. They sang mostly old songs.

This is what the theater looked like when the curtains were closed. It was really cold in there, each seat had an air conditioner attached to the back of it. We watched a comedian in here, and a circus show, some accapella men who sang really good. It was all really fun!

A veiw of the pool. There was a water slide and 2 pools, and 4 hot tubs. There was room for a ton of people. We didn't go into the pool ever but we sat poolside a few times.

My favorite picture ever. I love this sunset so much! It was beautiful to watch and kind of romantic too!

Mark and I right before the sun went down.

This is Grand Cayman Islands. This was the main island. We had to dock on the other side of the island, it was really windy and choppy out. We were going to go snorkeling, but it got really windy out and we never did on this trip.

The other ships that were there. One was Carnival and one was Princess Cruise line.

Another view of the island.

Another view

Our ship from shore. The waves coming in were choppy.

This was 7 mile beach. We would have been snorkeling here, but it was really wavy out. We layed out for a while and we then went walking along the beach. It was nice. I found a few shells too.

Another view of the 7 mile beach. It was really nice out, windy but nice.

A picture of us walking along the beach.

The only wild life we saw there, a lizard of some sort. It was about 6 inches big. So not very big at all.

Some of the shopping at Georgetown. We didn't like the shopping, it was really expensive there, and we really didn't have anything to buy. I wasn't impressed with the shopping.

Some more shopping.

This was at MargaritaVille. We ate there and had a few drinks. It was fun, they had a lot of things going on there.

I love this picture, it looks so majestic. The waves were getting big, and it was fun to watch them splash the rock.

We decided to go back to the ship and just hang out by the pool and listen to the band play. They were really good too.

This was the next morning at Cozumel! I love Cozumel! I love the shopping there, and I hope someday we go to Mexico for a vacation.

The beautiful water there!!

Our ship as we were leaving to go shopping!

Some of the shops. The mexicans would stand outside there shop and pretty much beg you to come into there shop. You could bargain with them, some would do it, and some wouldn't.

Our ship from the shore.

We ate at this cute little restaurant. It was all mexican and it was sooooo good! My favorite were the chips and salsa!

Another view of the shopping. I love this place!!

We went to a place called Senior Frogs. It was fun there, they made balloons for everyone and some were little and some were huge! I unfortunatly got a huge one. It was fun and you got your drinks in these very big glasses! A friend and I had a lot of fun!

The clown that made our balloons. He was funny.

Cozumel at night. It was so beautiful!

There was a Chocoholic Buffet for everyone. It was soooooooooooo good! I wished I could go to one once a week!! They had everything you could think of there! They carved sculpures out of chocolate to keep on display. I took some pics of the sculptures.
This was the next morning when we were going by Cuba. You can see the mountain in the far distance. It was really cold that day, windy, cloudy and about 64 degrees out. We stayed inside and did things instead of outside. We were ready to be done and go home.

I didn't take a picture of our room until the last day. We had a balcony view. I thought it was a lot of fun and would go again in a heartbeat!!!

We were on the plane ready to take off. We had a really good flight home but it was a long one. We were so happy to get home to our children.

Our Trip to Miami Part one

We went to Miami and on a cruise January 15th through January 23rd. We had so much fun there. Flying out was an adventure, we were stuck at the Bismarck Airport for 5 hours before we could fly out. When we left Garrison, it was -46 out. Well the fog rolled in and the plane couldn't get deiced until it got to -32 below. So we were at the airport for that long. We ended up staying in Minneapolis for the night since we missed our connecting flight. We were there with 3 other couples. The next morning we all headed back to the airport at 4:30am to get on our next flight. Mark and I flew to Memphis TN. Then from there to Miami. Both were really good flights. When we got to the Miami Airport my luggage was lost for a few hours, thankfully we got it back by later that night. The weather was about 70 degrees when we got there, so it felt warm.

Our view from the hotel room. It was cloudy out, and kind of windy. But we were happy to be in warmer weather so it didn't matter.

This is looking from the pool towards the two hotel towers. It was really pretty.

The beach. It was breezy out. We didn't walk in the ocean until the next day.

We went shopping about 2 blocks from out hotel down a road called Lincoln Rd. It was all shopping and eating. After about a block of walking the road is closed and the middle of the road is for eating and sitting. It was so very nice out this day, we didn't buy a lot of stuff, some sweatshirts and some luggage, since the airline wrecked our other one. It was a lot of fun just spending extra time with Mark

On the right side of the pic is seating for eating, and on the other side is the shops. They were high end shops, we were looking for sunglasses for me and the cheapest ones were 90-100 dollars. I wasn't going to buy them, because almost always, they end up in my kids hands and get broken.

It was crowed there. All the locals had winter coats on, and all the tourists had shorts on.

One of the new shirts Mark got. He was so proud.

We wrote the kids names in the sand. Writing Josh and Jakes name was easy, we wrote it and took pictures easily. Mark sent them out in an email to my sister who was watching them.

It took us about 6 tries to get Alyssah's done. I was so frustrated with it. Everytime I would right it, a wave came and destroyed it. But I finally got it. And it was way worth it too!!

The view of our hotel from the beach. We were in the little tower on the 6th floor. They had an Emril's restaruant in it. It was so good too!!

This is our hotel from the front, I got this from Loews hotel website.

We went with a couple of other couples to go out to eat on OceanView Drive. It was about a mile walk to there, and I wore the worst walking shoes. But the food was very good. It cost us about 150 per couple to eat there, but it was worth it.

They had a street fair going on while we were there. Nothing to great though. There were a lot of hotels on this strip.

This is what it looks like at night. I got this picture online, so this isn't mine, but it is what it looks like. The hotels were all lit up in neon.

Another picture I got online
This is the only picture that we took. I wished we would have taken more, but we were so busy walking back that we never got one. We had a lot of fun there too.
