Family Pictures

We had our family pictures taken a few weeks ago and they turned out GREAT! The photographer did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone!

Valentines was pretty low key around here this year. Josh being in 7th grade didn't do anything for Valentines. Jake and Alyssah loved there cute cards I had made for them! Jake made his box for his class party, Alyssah made hers in school, then someone stole it when she was on the bus :( She was sad too. Meany kids.

Christmas with The Chinquists

I have been busy lately, so I am trying to get a little caught up now.

Steph's family came this month and we celebrated our Christmas together! We had a lot of fun too!

My kids were excited to play with their cousins too!

Alyssah LOVED her new barbie! She got a Skipper doll and another little doll! She LOVES barbies lately!

David and his super cute (lack of) teeth! I LOVE toothless smiles like his!

Pretty Viktoria, she said she liked the lotions :) I love being able to buy things like this for her now that she is older :)

Super calm dude Alek :) He and Jake liked their lego sets and worked on them for a while that afternoon!

Josh's gift card! BEST gifts to give him right now! He is SO into his own things, that it is nice that he can get something he likes. (and he did, he bought new tennis shoes!) (Doesn't he look SO big here? Where did my little baby go???)

Alyssah Student of the Month

Alyssah was student of the Month for January. I am SO glad I could go and see her! She was really excited that I could go too!

Miami Day 3

On day 3 we had a free day. We knew we weren't going to do much. We slept in for a little bit and woke up and grabbed breakfast before it was done.

Down at breakfast, I took this pic before we left to go get ready for the day. It turned out good!

I LOVE this view, I could get used to it!

We went down Lincoln Rd, there are a lot of shops there, and LOTS of places to eat too. We picked a restaurant that we had eaten at before. It was really good too!

Then we walked back to the hotel and we bought a few gifts for the kids, then we went on the beach for a few hours. It was great to relax and not do anything!

Mark was still recovering some from having the flu, so it was good he could relax and not do much. He even slept some too!

That night we wanted sea food, so we went to this restaurant to eat, and it was VERY good! This was South Miami beach walk and there are tons of places to eat here!

When we were done we walked back to the hotel, it was a nice walk too!

The next day we were up and out the hotel by 7am! We had a 9am flight to catch. It was a nice flight home, and it was good to be home with the kids again!

Miami Day 2

Day 2 in Miami, Mark had meetings and I tried to sleep in, but I was too excited to sleep! I couldn't wait for the day!

I sat by the pool with a friend while Mark was in the meetings. It was BEAUTIFUL out!

Mark and I got massages while we were there, it was great! We then got ready for the banquet. It wasn't anything great, but it was fun to hang out with friends.
