T Ball

I have been trying to upload these pictures for ever, it has been such a hassle. But here is Jake and his t-ball. All these pictures were from a game he had on Thursday July 9th. Mark took all these pictures from his new camera and they turned out really good.
Alyssah waiting for the game to start.
Jake waiting for the ball to come to him.

Here comes the ball, can he get it?

He got it!! Way to go Jake!

He hit it!

Still swinging!

RUN!

Coming into home! Will he make it?

Almost there!

He made it!! Woo Hoo!! (I love how he side kicked the tee!! :))

Trying to save it!

And he got it! Now in true Jake fashion, he is not fast at this, he takes his time looking where the player is, and then he will throw it. He is in his own time.

Running to 3rd base. He does so well playing. He isn't competetive at all! Such a wonderful player!

Game is over, doing the line up hand slap! Jake loves to do this! He is the one in green shorts. The cutest thing about this game was that they all said they won it 52-0. We have no idea where they got that number from. So cute!

Jake and his team! They are so cute in there orange shirts!

Sears Pictures

We got the kids pitures done at Sears July 10th. The kids did really well, Jake didn't want to smile for a few pictures, but he did well. Alyssah did good until she had to take some by herself, then she cried some, but we still got some good shots of her.

We got this one for our wall.

The zoo

We went and took the kids to the zoo on July 11th. The kids had a blast!! They loved all the animlas, and running from animal to animal. This day was a perfect day, not to hot at all. The kids were over looking the pond to the geese and ducks. They would drop little peices of corn that they found over the edge at them. Usually they weren't around when they did.
They all put there face in the turtle. This is Jake.

This is Josh, he almost doesn't fit anymore! :(

And, Alyssah. She was thrilled to be at the zoo!

They were looking at the reptiles in the glass cages. I love this picture, it shows Josh showing Jake and Alyssah the snake in the cage.

Alyssah peeking at the penguins. She loved them! She talked to them like they were little kitties or something!

The giraffes

Jake, Alyssah, and Josh
It is hard to get a good picture anymore.

This lion was worked up a couple of times. When the kids heard it roaring, they went running to the cage. It was neat to see him up instead of sleeping.

Me and the kids

Mark and the kids

The bear looked like he was begging for food. We had treats that we were throwing to him. They looked so cute.

The bear was grabbing his treat. And he wouldn't give up until he got it.

And our Alyssah, she was so cute at that moment, Daddy couldn't help but get a picture of her.

So excited!

We found out that Alyssah was accepted into preschool this fall!! YAY!! We are so happy. We didn't know, because they said that the 4 year olds would get in before the 3 year olds if there wasn't room, but we are thrilled!! Today I got to go shopping and buy some clothes for her for the fall! I am so excited!

Alyssah's New Bike

We had to get Alyssah a new bike. Her big brothers thought that riding her industrial strenght trike was fun. We bought that bike because we thought it would withstand the boys. After the last time that they broke it, we fixed it all up. Well they broke it again, so Mark being the softy that he is for his little girl, bought her a new bike. We already told the boys (who need new bikes, size wise) that they won't be getting new ones this year now, so hopefully they leave this one alone, and this bike will last longer than a week.
Here she is with her new PRINCESS BIKE! She was so excited to see it!!
And she is trying it out. Look at that sweet smile!!

Daddy helping her get going on the bike. She would have trouble peddling, she wanted to put the break on all the time.
I love these pics!!
And here is the industrial strength, heavy duty, NON BREAKABLE, trike that my boys broke, seems like everything they touch breaks lately, ahem! ;)
