Taekwando Competions

Our boys had a Taekwando Competion on October 30th 2010. They were nervous, but excited too! It was an experience, but I am so glad they could experience it! There were several Garrison ATA students there, so it was nice to know that they didn't have to be the only ones.

The boys listening to instructions

Jake in his group, ready to start his form.

He did, Song Am III
He did the first two moves of his form, and he couldn't get the rest. So Mr. Frothinger had to shadow him, and then he did great!

Jake trying hard!

Josh doing his form! He got through it all, but he was also not sharp enough with his moves. But I am so proud of him doing what he did.

Josh sparing. He didn't get any points, but he tried. He is definately more comfortable at home though! He will get better as time goes on!

Josh and his classmates, I think he was relieved to be done!

Jake and sparing, he didn't get any points either, but he tried so hard! I am so proud of him!

Jake giving the lady a high five!

Recieving his metal from Mr. Frothinger.

Jakes group

The boys and there metal! They were very proud of them and wore them all day long! I am very proud of them for working hard at what they love.
